Role Overview
As a Contract Senior Tech Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategies and cultivating a best-in-class candidate experience. This position requires collaboration with hiring teams, developing innovative sourcing techniques, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for sourcing and hiring technical talent.
- Understand business needs to create tailored recruiting solutions.
- Proactively build and maintain a network of technical talent through research and relationship engagement.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, including sourcing passive candidates.
- Proven track record in recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineers, Front-end/Back-end Developers, DevOps, Product Managers, and Analytics Leads.
- Experience in high-volume and high-production environments where quality is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency to inform hiring strategies.
- Proficient with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Workday, or similar systems.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive recruitment practices and building diverse talent pools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
